WHY PRESENT

During the three days of Intercare, a conference room will be devoted to speeches and presentations from exhibitors or other non exhibiting partners.

Formats are 30 and 60 minutes and the room is fully equipped with audiovisual equipment and simultaneous translation from Italian to English and viceversa to introduce your medical offer or the facility to an audience of operators (May 25 and 26) or general public and potential patients (May 27).

It is possible to deliver a presentation even if you are not an exhibitor.

MAKING BUSINESS AT INTERCARE

Intercare is designed around business, with many different opportunities for both Exhibitors and Visitors.

Hosted Buyers:

our program will bring to Milan carefully selected international professionals from Russia, United Arab Emirates, Eastern Europe and Africa. Exhibitors will meet all International buyers in one to one meetings at their own booths during the first day, as part of the participation fee.

Business Matching Platform:

Exhibitors and Registered Visitors (professional operators or public) will be able to arrange dedicated meetings through this platform during the three days of Intercare.

Premium Session – What are Foreign Patients Looking For?

On May 25, three top facilitators will cast an insight on what patients from Russia, United Arab Emirates and Arab Countries, Eastern Europe and Africa are looking for when seeking for healthcare treatments abroad. Registered Visitors and Exhibitors will gain indeep knowledge on medical specialties most sought upon; numbers and average spend; ancillary services like lodging, travel or entertainment; cultural  and religious cautions to approach correctly these patients in order to properly set up their operations.

Premium Session requires a dedicated registration fee also includes two day pass for May 25 and 26.

Premium Business Speed Dates – Market Insight Meetings

Intercare Visitors will be able to meet our Hosted Buyers during the second day (May 26) through business sessions dedicated at each market area – Russia, United Arab Emirates and Arab Countries, Eastern Europe and Africa – with a maximum number of 20 Visitors allowed per session in order to ensure the quality of meetings. Two session will take place in the morning and two in the afternoon and the calendar will be arranged so that Visitors wanting to arrange meetings in multiple markets will be able to do so.

Registration to the Premium Session also includes two day pass for May 25 and 26. Special packages are available for multiple meetings.
