Czech Republic is among the first European destinations of medical tourism for in vitro fertilisation
Also thanks to regulatory reforms, the demand of IVF treatments continues to grow in Italy.
But still remain some challenges linked to long waiting lists and heterologue fertilisation.
This is why more and more Italian couples embark on trips abroad to realize their dream.
In the last ten years, Czech Republic has established itself as one of the most requested destination by couples looking for assisted reproduction treatments: the number of clinics specializing in fertility has doubled, and offer easily accessible information, dedicated call center in every European language, to personalized planning of treatment and logistics, according to the needs of patients.
In 2014, births by IVF treatment were 30.000, a third of which related to foreign couples, who went to Czech Republic to receive treatments or to reach the donators.
Success of the destination is also built through inclusive packages comprising treatment, travel and accommodation offered at highly competitive prices: about 3.000 euro in Prague instead of 30.000 stimated for the same treatments in North America.
An authentic boom for Czech Republic, which seems to continue.
